Breakr is an influencer marketing platform that connects recording artists with influencers of all mediums for promotional partnerships. Artists can connect with hyper-engaged audiences while influencers receive a steady flow of content.

The folks at Breakr were sitting on a sizeable churned list of users. They asked us to compose a sequence of emails and text messages to reengage them.

I divided Breakr’s audience by influencers and artists, sending each group tailored messages at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals from when they last left the platform. After drafting multiple variations for each cohort at every interval, we sent them out, optimizing for the best.
